Underwhelming stay, sadly
faulty pool incorrect order
Staff were friendly and helpful, i will give them that.
The main pool had a fault and was closed, a real disappointment. Orders were forgotten in the restaurant, or arrived cold, or were incorrect. I guess, at this price, SOME details should be right.

beautiful scenery well kept spa swimming facilities inaccessible plugs warm covers air conditioning
The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful. I found the spa and swimming facilities to be well maintained during both days of my stay.
The bedside tables were positioned too close to the bed. This made it difficult to access the plugs. The covers were too warm. There was no air conditioning available in the summer. This was a significant drawback.

comfy bed website photos
i found the cabins very clean and the bed was comfy too it was just nice plain and simple i stayed a few nights there the photos on their website show exactly how it is with no filters added
i noticed the need to book for meals in advance even during a low occupancy period this felt a bit restrictive i also felt some pressure to use the app for information instead of receiving it directly
